We finally bought our own place after renting for so long. Doshi Gardens in Vadapalani was a good option because it is ready to move. We got a 2 BHK flat with a builtup area of 950 Sq.ft. The price was around 82.39 Lakh onwards, which was within our budget after some saving. The location is quite convenient, being close to Arcot Road and also close to the Vadapalani Metro Station at nearby. My husband likes the idea of a gymnasium for his workouts. The only thing we are a little worried about is the traffic on Arcot Road during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. But overall, we are happy to be homeownenow.

I was looking for a property near my office and Doshi Gardens in Vadapalani caught my eye. It's very close to major roads like Arcot Road and PT Rajan Road, both within nearby. The project is ready to move, so I could inspect the actual flat. I saw a 2 BHK unit which is 950 Sq.ft builtup. The price was around 82.39 Lakh. Having a gymnasium and a multipurpose room are good facilities. A minor issue is the parking; it looks a bit tight for larger vehicles, and I have a big SUV. The security with CCTV monitoring is a definite plus point for my family. I am hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.

I invested in Doshi Gardens, Vadapalani, a few yeaago. The location is its strongest point, being close to NH 45 (2 KM) and having excellent connectivity via Arcot Road and the metro station. The 950 Sq.ft 2 BHK configuration is a standard size that usually fetches good rent. The project was completed in December 2005, so it's an older construction but Doshi Housing has a reputation for timely delivery in their past projects. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium add to the property's appeal. However, the OC received status is not readily available, which can be a concern for some buyeor future resale. The price of 82.39 Lakh onwards is competitive for the area, but rental yields need careful evaluation.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable place in a well-connected area. Doshi Gardens in Vadapalani seemed like a good fit. The apartment size is 950 Sq.ft for the 2 BHK, which is ample for me. It's reassuring that the construction was completed in December 2005, so it's an established building. The proximity to Fortis Hospital, just 300m away, is a significant advantage for healthcare access. I also appreciate the availability of 24X7 water supply. The main concern for me is the noise from the nearby bus terminus, which can be quite loud during the day. Also, the shopping mall amenity is right next door, which can be convenient but also adds to the crowd.

This is my fit property purchase and I found Doshi Gardens. It is located in Kannika Puram, Vadapalani. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for me. I looked at the 2 BHK configuration which has a builtup area of 950 Sq.ft. The amenities listed include a swimming pool and a clubhouse, which sound nice for future use. It is also a gated community with 24/7 security, giving peace of mind. However, the price point of 82.39 Lakh onwards felt a bit steep for my fit purchase, and I am still deciding if it is the best value for money. I need to do more research on the surrounding area's development potential. Need to check about OC received status too.
