A big plus for us is its proximity to schools like Keshava Reddy Concept School, which is nearby, and Kandi Bus Station at nearby. This makes it convenient for family needs. My only minor worry is the current status of infrastructure around the site, like road access and general upkeep, which seems to be still in development.
