I was looking for a property in a central location and AES Allied Residency in Paldi caught my eye. It's very close to essential places like Pragati School and Apple Children Hospital, both less than a kilometer away. This makes it ideal for families. The 2 BHK flats are 1445 square feet, which offeample living space. The project was completed in June 2017 and is ready for possession. My only slight reservation is the traffic in the Paldi area, especially during peak hou, which can be a bit much. However, the connectivity to the rest of the city is excellent.
