My partner and I booked a 2.5 BHK at Aegis Trine ToweThe built-up area is 1240 Sq.ft, which gives us enough room to work from home comfortably. Being close to Noida Electronic City Metro Station is a massive advantage for our daily commutes to work in Noida. The price, about 1.1 Crore, fit our savings plan. We loved the dedicated fitness zone and the gymnasium. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind. The only downside is that the parking area feels a bit congested, especially when visiting friends.

The location in Indirapuram is quite accessible, although reaching National Highway 24 takes nearby. The apartment is ready to move, and the developer Aegis Homes has a decent track record. The price of 85 Lakhs was reasonable for the area. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the intercom facility. The multi-purpose room is a nice addition for community events. We've noticed some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down.

We were looking for a larger home for our growing family and found Aegis Trine ToweWe chose a 3 BHK with about 1500 Sq.ft built up area. The ample dining areas are great for family meals. Having a school like Aamrapali English Senior Secondary School within nearby is convenient, although the hospital is a bit further at nearby. The indoor games and cricket pitch are a big hit with my kids. The construction was completed in 2016 and it’s ready for possession. The price point for the 3 BHK, around 1.4 Crore, was a stretch but we managed. The Cascading 3-Stepped Pool is a nice touch for weekend relaxation.

We just bought our fit flat in Aegis Trine ToweIt's a 2 BHK and the built-up area is around 1050 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. The location in Indirapuram, Ahinsa Khand 2 is good, close to Noida Electronic City Metro Station, making commutes easier. Aegis Homes seem to have finished the project well, it's ready to move in. The price was within our initial budget, around 90 Lakhs. I liked the idea of the cycling and jogging track for future use. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, but that’s common in Ghaziabad I suppose.

Having retired, I wanted a comfortable and secure place. Aegis Trine Toweoffered a 3 BHK flat of 1400 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious with ample dining areas. The project is ready to move, having been completed in 2016. The location is decent, though Delhi is nearby, which is manageable. I found the price of 1.3 Crore to be on the higher side, but the amenities like the swimming pool and the amphitheater are excellent. The 24x7 security system provides a great sense of safety. The spacious master bedrooms are a real plus. I do wish the OC was readily available though.
