The built-up area is quite generous, and the layout is practical. It's fantastic that the Ram Krishna Mission is nearby, and the IRIS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL is also at the same distance, which gives us peace of mind. The children's play area is a hit with our little one. The only minor concern is the traffic on NSC Bose Road during peak times can be heavy. Adya Group delivered this project a while back, so it's ready to move in which was a priority for us. We appreciate the landscaping.

The 24x7 security and intercom system provide a great sense of security. The location is quite decent, being close to Khudiram Metro Station at nearby, which helps a lot with my daily commute.
