    We bought a 2 BHK in Advika Phase III E for our growing family. The 502 square feet built-up area is comfortable, and the price was around 29.81 Lakh. Having EuroSchool Undri and Bharati Hospital so close (0 KM) was a major deciding factor. The project includes a gymnasium and indoor games which the kids are excited about. The developer, Advika Constructions, seems reputable. My only real concern is the parking situation; while it's closed car parking, the allocated space feels a bit tight for larger vehicles, making maneuvering a challenge sometimes. We hope this improves over time.
