    Finding a ready-to-move flat near a good school was our priority, and Aditya Vivaaz A1 fit the bill perfectly. The S. B. Patil Public School is right next door, which is incredibly convenient. We bought a 3 BHK, which is 765 square feet, giving the children enough space to play indooThe Vastu compliant design was also important for us. The amenities like the swimming pool and amphitheater are great for weekend family time. The project is located in Pimpri Chinchwad, Ravet, which is a developing area. However, the construction dust can be a bit much at times due to ongoing development nearby, and the completion date wasn't clearly communicated initially, which caused some anxiety. It's a solid choice for families, despite these minor issues.

    We purchased the 3 BHK flat in Aditya Vivaaz A1 mainly for its ready-to-move status. The built-up area is a good 765 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our growing family. My only concern is the price, it felt a bit high when we finalized, around 94.46 Lakhs. Also, the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider if you commute daily.     We finally decided to buy our own place and chose Aditya Vivaaz A1. We were upgrading from a rental and wanted more space, so we went for the 3 BHK which offe765 square feet of built-up area. The location in Ravet is quite good, with the GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital very close by for any emergencies. The project offe24x7 water supply, which is essential. We also liked the durable vitrified tiles and the modern granite kitchen platform. The price for our flat was around 85 Lakhs. One thing that could be improved is the road access to the project; it's a bit narrow for a short stretch. Also, while the project is ready to move, we are still waiting for formal confirmation about the Occupancy Certificate, which is a bit concerning. Overall, it’s a good step up for us.
