I needed something close to work and this Aditya Sai Vatika seemed like a good option. The Sant Tukaram Nagar Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable for my commute. I got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 500 square feet. It's spacious enough for me and has good natural light. The price was around 35 Lakhs which fit my budget. The gated community aspect gives me peace of mind with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. The Bhosari area itself is quite busy. But overall, the amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential.
