I evaluated Aditya Pushti carefully before deciding. The price range of 12.5 L to 20.49 L is quite attractive for Vadodara. I purchased a 2 BHK, approximately 900 Sq.ft built-up. The location near Atladara Padra Main Road is developing well. I was impressed by the basic amenities provided, especially the gymnasium and the security guards on duty 24/7. It was ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle and waiting time. The community hall is a good addition for residents. The developer, Aditya Develope, seems to have completed the project some time ago, which is good for stability.
