I am buying this flat for my parents who live in Bengaluru. I chose Aditya Mother Palace in Horamavu because it's a ready-to-move-in project, so they don't have to wait. The 2 BHK configuration, with built-up areas between 1189 and 1329 square feet, is perfect for them. The proximity to K. R. Pura Metro Station, about 3.48 kilometeaway, is a bonus for their mobility. I was also happy to see amenities like an intercom system and RO water system, which are practical for daily living. The price was around 83.23 Lakh to 1.09 Crore, which I considered fair. My only reservation is that the project was completed back in May 2013, and I'm not sure about the current condition of the common areas. I hope the maintenance is up to par.
