The 3 BHK option provides a good 801 to 835 square feet of carpet area, perfect for my parents. They will have access to amenities like 24x7 water supply and EV charging points. The connectivity via NH-75 and Pipartoli Road is also good. I haven't seen the property myself, but based on the details and developer's reputation, it appeato be a comfortable and secure place for them to live.

Aditya Laxmi Mohan Residency in Argora seemed like a good option. I picked a 3 BHK flat, around 800 square feet, which gives me plenty of space. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a big plus for me. The internal roads and footpaths look well-maintained. I like that they have rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, showing some environmental consideration. My main concern is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. It can get a little distracting when I am working from home. However, Patel Chowk Bus Stop being so close is convenient for travel.

We were looking for a place close to work and found Aditya Laxmi Mohan Residency. The 2 BHK we booked has a carpet area of 687 square feet, which is decent for us. Being right next to St Francis School is amazing, and Orchid Medical Centre is also very close by. We can easily get on NH-75 for our commutes. The amenities like solid waste management and EV charging points are modern touches we appreciate. The only issue is the traffic on Harmu Housing Colony road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, it feels like a good purchase for our future.
