We bought a 1 BHK in Aditya Herambh Elite for my parents. The carpet area is around 385 Sq.ft, which is comfortable for them. Being ready to move was a big plus since we didn't want them waiting. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is good, close to essential places. My father mentioned the street lighting is quite good throughout the complex. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting that’s already done. It makes the place feel more welcoming. The only slight worry is the distance from the main highway, but they don’t drive much anyway. Overall, a solid choice for elderly parents.

It’s compact but functional for a single peon. The fact that it is ready to move saved me a lot of hassle during the move. Aditya Constructions has included essential amenities like storm water drains and energy management systems. The proximity to both National Highway 65 and the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway is excellent for travel. The only slight inconvenience is finding parking for visitoduring busy periods, as the open parking can fill up quickly. But for my own car, it's fine.
