The built-up area for our flat is 1397 Sq.ft, which is quite generous for a couple. The internet connectivity is also a plus for our work-from-home needs. The Shaikpet location is decent, close to Jubilee Hills Check Post Metro Station at nearby, making commutes easier. The only downside we've noticed so far is the traffic on Puppalaguda Manikonda Main Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. But overall, we are happy.
