One thing I noticed is that during construction phases nearby, there can be some dust. However, the developer, Aditya Develope, has included amenities like a gymnasium and a children's play area. We were looking for a spacious home close to schools for our children, and Aditya DevelopeVadodara Pushti 2 seemed like a good fit. The 3 BHK apartment size of 1435 Sq.ft gives us plenty of room. It's nice that VIBGYOR High School is only a short distance, making school runs much easier. The children's play area is also a big plus for the kids. It's ready to move in, which was important for us. The only thing is the traffic on the Atladra-Padra Main Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially getting back home. Otherwise, the community hall and gym facilities are good bonuses.
