After renting for yea, we finally decided to upgrade and bought a 3 BHK in Aditya Capitol Heights. The apartment is 2650 Sq.ft, which gives us much more space than our old rental. We chose this project because it's in Kukatpally, a well-connected area, and Aditya Construction Company has a good reputation. The price was in the higher range, about 2.29 Crore, but we felt the space and amenities like the gymnasium and table tennis justified it. The Gazebo and fountains add a nice touch to the common areas. The only slight downside is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit concerning for us.
