    As a single woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities. Aditya Beaumont in Shaikpet ticked most boxes. I bought a 3 BHK flat, around 1850 square feet. It's spacious enough for me and potential guests. The price was in the higher range, around 1.6 crore, but the location is excellent, very close to Jubilee Hills. The construction is complete and it’s ready to move in. I use the gymnasium almost every day, and the swimming pool is a nice way to unwind. The closed car parking is secure. My only minor concern is that the Wi-Fi connectivity within the flat needs to be stronger. Overall, Aditya Construction Company has delivered a good product.
