Finally found a place in Chennai after relocating. Adithya Nagar in Perungalathur seemed like a good option. The hospital is about a 14-minute drive which is convenient for my work schedule. I liked that it is ready to move in, so I could settle quickly. The 24/7 water supply is a big plus, especially in Chennai. Power backup is also reassuring. My only concern is the traffic can get a bit heavy around the Pushpagiri Road Junction, which is just a few minutes away. The developer, Thiru R Senthil Murugan, seems to have a decent track record. Overall, a reasonable choice for a doctor needing quick access to facilities.
