I liked that it is ready to move in, so I could settle quickly. The 24/7 water supply is a big plus, especially in Chennai. Power backup is also reassuring. My only concern is the traffic can get a bit heavy around the Pushpagiri Road Junction, which is just a few minutes away. The developer, Thiru R Senthil Murugan, seems to have a decent track record. Overall, a reasonable choice for a doctor needing quick access to facilities.

The prices were not available, but the overall feel was decent for a fit-time buyer.

The nearby RMD Specialities Hospital (14 mins) and Good Earth School (9 mins) add to the convenience factor for family living, even though I'm buying it as a residential property. Thiru R Senthil Murugan developed this project. The access roads could be improved; the final stretch to the project has some rough patches which can be a minor inconvenience during monsoons. Overall, it fits my needs for a hassle-free move.
