We liked that Adisesh Projects included rainwater harvesting. The area is quite peaceful compared to central Bengaluru. It's close to Kolar Town, so essentials are accessible but not right on top of us. We haven't faced any major issues yet, but the connectivity to the main highway could be a bit better. Sometimes the roads leading to the site can be dusty, especially in the dry season. Overall, it’s a decent buy for a quieter life.
