Adisesh Projects assured us of good landscaping and amenities, and they have delivered on that. The Olympic size swimming pool is a nice touch, though we don't use it much ouelves. My wife enjoys the landscaped gardens. The plot size we bought was 2400 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space to build our retirement home eventually. Security is good with the gated community setup. The only minor issue is the road leading to the project, it can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that's common in developing areas.
