The location is decent, with the Gitanjali Metro Station only nearby, which is super convenient for our daily commute. We booked a 2 BHK which has a built-up area ranging from 450 to 650 square feet. The apartment feels spacious enough for us. My husband liked that it's close to Bagha Jatin railway station, nearby. The only thing is traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading here. AD Buildeseem to have delivered a decent product. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

I have bought a flat in AD Chintaharan Apartment for my parents. Being an NRI, I needed a reliable developer and AD Buildeseemed trustworthy. The project is ready to move in Bramhapur, Kolkata. I selected a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 450 to 650 square feet. The proximity to IRIS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL (4.1 km) is a great advantage for my parents' health needs. Also, the Gitanjali Metro Station is nearby, which is convenient for them to travel. The flat size is adequate. The only slight drawback is the road access to the project which can be a bit narrow.

The location is pretty good, with Gitanjali Metro Station being nearby. This makes my daily commute to my IT job much easier. It's also close to Bagha Jatin railway station, which is nearby. The price point was also within my budget. The room sizes are decent, though the kitchen could be a little larger.
