We bought a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 636 square feet. The price was about 55.6 Lakh. The children's play area is a big plus for them. We also liked the idea of landscaping and tree planting. The solid waste management system is good for maintaining cleanliness. The project is ready to move, so we don't have to wait long to settle in. The security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance are reassuring.

The location in Moshi is developing, and it’s good that it’s near the Pune-Nashik Highway for easier travel. The amenities like the clubhouse and the swimming pool are attractive for our family. Rainwater harvesting and water conservation are positive points. My only reservation is that the price felt a bit high compared to some other projects we saw in the vicinity.
