Being close to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital (a short distance) is a huge comfort, and Jayshree Periwal High School is also incredibly close, which is good for future planning even if I don't have kids yet. The 24x7 water supply and lift access are standard but essential. My only slight concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to Gautam Marg. However, the apartment itself is well-built and the price was within my budget for this size in this locality. Overall, it feels like a good purchase for my needs.
