We finalized our 2 BHK at Accord Park View last month. The super built-up area is quite good, around 1200 square feet which feels spacious enough for us. Being ready to move in was a big plus because we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Bhayli, near Stahell Tower, is convenient for my commute to the IT park. They have a decent gymnasium which I plan to use regularly. The price range also fit our budget, which was important. My only slight worry is the internal roads seem a little narrow, especially if many caare trying to get in and out at the same time. Overall, it seems like a good buy for us.
