    I bought a 1 BHK here at Access Square mainly as an investment. The Guduvancheri area on GST Road has seen some growth. The built-up area for the 1 BHK is 552 square feet, which is a decent size for a rental unit. It was ready to move since December 2012, so it's an older property but that kept the price down. The total cost was around 18 Lakh. Access Homes delivered this project a while back. The main advantage is the location, close to major road networks.
