The location in Ponnurunni is accessible, though getting onto the National Highway 47 can take around 15-20 minutes during peak houdue to traffic. AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd. Has been around for a while, so that's reassuring.

We recently moved into AC Pearl, and the location is fantastic for our kids. Kendriya Vidyalaya is literally nearby, and Welcare Hospital is also right there. We bought a 3 BHK flat which is 1250 sq.ft, giving us plenty of space. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief. The cycling and jogging track is great for evening walks. My only minor concern is the parking area; it can get a bit congested during peak houwhen residents are returning home. The price was around 56 Lakhs for our 3 BHK.
