We bought a 3 BHK here about a year ago. The location in Kaloor is quite convenient, close to National Highway 47 which helps with logistics for my business. The carpet area for the 3 BHK is around 889 to 1119 square feet, which is decent space for the family. AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd. Finished the project back in November 2014, so it was ready to move in. The swimming pool is a nice amenity, and the 24/7 security gives peace of mind. However, the traffic around Kaloor can get quite heavy during peak hou, making commutes a bit longer than expected sometimes. The price range, starting from 36.58 Lakh for smaller units, felt reasonable for Kochi.

The carpet area for our unit is around 1119 square feet, providing much more living space compared to our old place. We liked that it's a ready-to-move-in project, completed by AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd. In November 2014. The proximity to Town Hall Metro Station, just 1.41 kilometeaway, is very convenient for our daily commute to work. The swimming pool and the overall ambiance are quite pleasant. One drawback is that the building is showing its age a bit; some common areas could use a fresh coat of paint. However, the price range was acceptable for the size and amenities offered.

The only slight concern is the noise from the nearby highway sometimes. The higher budget for the penthouse, around 88.56 Lakh, was justified for the space and location.
