The price was about 48 Lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. I liked that there’s a children's play area and a community hall. The Kengeri Bus Terminal Metro Station is also close by at nearby, which is great. One thing I noticed is the construction dust on the road leading to the project, which can be annoying. Otherwise, the apartment itself is nice and ABM Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. Seems responsive.
