The price going up to 43.79 Lakhs was acceptable for us as we are upgrading. The location in Hejjala, near the railway station, is quite convenient for our daily commute to work. We are also happy that it's a gated community with 24x7 water supply. The construction quality looks good. One small issue is that the construction dust from nearby sites can sometimes be noticeable, but we are hoping that will reduce over time. We are excited to finally own our home.
