    I was looking for a ready-to-move property in a prime Kolkata location, and Abira Editta in Kalighat, Lake Market area caught my eye. The connectivity is superb, with Kalighat Metro Station a short distance and Fortis Hospital just 3 minutes distant. Nava Nalanda Group of Schools is also practically next door, which is great. I've purchased a 4 BHK flat, and the built-up area is 1784 square feet, which is quite spacious. The price starts from 1.96 Crore. The inclusion of lifts and power backup provides comfort. While the location is fantastic, the immediate approach road to the building from the main street is a bit narrow, which can be a minor inconvenience during peak traffic times. Other than that, it seems like a solid property for the price and location.

    We were looking for a spacious property in a good neighborhood and Abira Editta seemed to fit the bill. The 4 BHK flat is a generous 1784 square feet built up area, which is quite large for Kolkata. Its location in Kalighat, near Lake Market, is excellent with the metro station just a 2-minute walk away. Fortis Hospital is also very close, a short distance, which is a huge plus for us. The price point of 1.96 Crore onwards felt a bit steep initially, but considering the size and location, it is justifiable for an investment pepective. The building has lifts and power backup, which are essential. However, I noticed quite a bit of dust and construction debris around the site which is expected for a ready-to-move property, but still a minor concern.

    Finding a ready-to-move 4 BHK in Kalighat at 1.96 Crore was a bit of a surprise. We love the location of Abira Editta, especially being a short distance Nava Nalanda Group of Schools – perfect for future kids. Lake Market is also right there for our daily shopping needs. The 1784 square feet built-up area gives us plenty of space to grow. We checked the building, and the lifts are operational, and there is power backup. The only minor downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houin the Lake Market area, but that's common for such a central location in Kolkata. Overall, we are happy with the decision to book here.
