We purchased a flat in ABI Tagore Nagar Phase 1 primarily for its ready-to-move status and the location near GST Road. Being a government employee, I value stability and timely delivery, which ABI Realty Group seems to offer. The proximity to S. R. M. College Bus Stop, only three minutes away, makes public transport very accessible. It's a residential project in Chennai South, which is developing rapidly. The only slight drawback is the traffic on GST Road during peak hou, but that is common in Chennai. Overall, it's a good investment.
