The Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is just a stone's throw away, which is a huge relief. Also, BVB'S Sulochana Natu Vidya Mandir is right there. It’s a ready-to-move-in flat, so no waiting. The Ideal Colony Metro Station is nearby, which I might use occasionally. One thing I’ve noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit botheome at times, but that's common in developing areas. Otherwise, it’s peaceful.
