I looked at a 2 BHK which had a built-up area around 970 Sq.ft. The developer, T Ramanathan, has a history of completing projects, which gives some comfort. While the price wasn't disclosed, I felt the potential for appreciation is there given the location. Security is 24x7, which is standard but good to have. Power backup is also available.
