    Finally booked my fit apartment at Abhimaan Vishwa in Pimpri Chinchwad. I chose a 1 BHK which is 363 square feet built up. The price was within my budget, around 25.83 Lakh. It's ready to move which is great. I liked the skating rink and the gym they have. The location near Old Pune Mumbai Highway is also convenient for travel. My parents visited the site with me and they felt the construction quality looked good. The developer is Royal Group, and they seem to have a decent reputation. I am a bit worried about the parking space though, it looks like open parking only and might get crowded. Overall, it feels like a good start for me.

Also, the completion date is December 2027, so we have to wait a bit longer. The fire alarm and fire fighting system are good safety features.
