My parents can easily go to Welcare Hospital which is nearby. They also mentioned the reflexology park is a nice feature for relaxation. The flat size of 1500 Sq.ft is ample for them. Being ready to move in meant I didn't have to worry about delays. The proximity to National Highway 47 is also good for any travel needs. I haven't faced any major issues with the developer so far.
