This is my fit home purchase and I was a bit nervous. Cool Home by Apple a Day Properties seemed like a good starting point in Vytilla, Kochi. The location is very convenient, right on National Highway 47 and S. A. Road, so commuting is easy. Toc-H Public School is also very close, which is great for families. I liked that it is ready to move in, so I don't have to wait for construction. The sales team explained everything patiently. I did notice some dust from ongoing work nearby, but that's expected in a developing area. Overall, it felt like a solid decision for a fit-time buyer.
