I found the 2 BHK flat with 497 square feet super builtup area to be a good size for a start. The price of 14.15 Lakh was within my budget. I liked that it's under construction, so I have time until December 2026 to arrange my finances. The developer, AB Height And Properties Pvt Ltd, seems to be building a decent community with amenities like a rooftop club and gymnasium. The location near Shalimar Railway Station, just 2 kilometeaway, is convenient for travel.

AB Shrivastava Enclave is located in Andul, Rajarbagan, which is a developing area with good connectivity to major roads like NH16. I selected a 3 BHK apartment with a super builtup area of 946 square feet. The price is around 26.95 Lakh, which is a bit high but I believe it’s a good investment for my parents’ future. They will appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the lift facility. I am a little concerned about the distance to the hospital, which is 7 kilometeaway, but they have their own car. The project is expected to be ready by December 2026.
