Finally found a place in Kolkata. I needed something close to the hospitals, and Aayushmaan Apartment is close to Narayana Hospital in Mukundapur. That's very convenient for my work. I looked at a 2 BHK which was around 639 square feet, seemed okay for one peon. The location in Nayabad is peaceful, which is a nice change from my previous city. Getting to EM Bypass is also easy, just over 2 kilometeaway. The building has a power backup, which is essential. I also liked that the structure is earthquake resistant. The only minor issue is the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes, but I guess that's common in developing areas. Overall, a good starting point for my relocation.
