Bought a 2 BHK here about a year ago. The built-up area is around 800 square feet, which is decent for the price of about 20 Lakh. The location in North Dum Dum Bediapara seems to be developing, which is good for rental yields. Construction was completed in August 2014, so it's ready to move in. Aatreyee Nirman Pvt Ltd seems to have decent project delivery. The only minor issue is that the roads around the project can get a bit congested during peak houOverall, I'm hopeful about the appreciation. The gymnasium and cycling track are good additions for tenants.
