We bought a 2 BHK here last year. The location in Sama, Vemali is very convenient for us as the school is really close, just a short walk away. We also liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The children's play area is a good addition, though it could be a bit bigger. I decided to purchase a flat in Aashirwad Residency because it was ready to move and the pricing was manageable, starting from 49.46 Lakhs. I picked a 2 BHK which is 1150 square feet. It’s a good size for me, not too large to manage. The 24x7 security and gated community aspect were important factofor my safety. The lift is always working, which is essential. The landscaping is nice, adds a bit of greenery. My only small concern is the connectivity to the main highway, the road access could be a little better. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable place.
