Purchased a 1 BHK unit at Aarya Yashika Apartments. The decision was driven by the ready-to-move status and the price point, which was around 37 Lakhs for a 350 sq.ft carpet area flat. The proximity to the K K CARE Hospital and Master Mind Global English Sr. Secondary School, both at nearby, is a significant advantage for potential tenants if I decide to rent it out later. Connectivity to the Pune Nasik highway is also good. However, the area can get quite dusty due to ongoing development and the road leading to the project is narrow. The energy management and landscaping are nice touches. Considering the investment, it's a decent option.
