I acquired a 1 BHK unit in Aarush Advika Residency as an investment. The ready to move status and completion in March 2021 made it an attractive option. The carpet area of 562 Sq.ft is standard for a 1 BHK in this locality of Pimpri Chinchwad. While the project itself offegood amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, the immediate surrounding area still has some ongoing development which leads to dust. I am hoping the rental demand picks up as the area develops further. Aarush Associates has a reputation to consider.
