I also like that the children's play area is right there, though I don't have kids myself yet. The gym is small but adequate for my daily workout. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait. My only minor issue is the car wash area feels a bit cramped when multiple caare there. Otherwise, the landscaping is pleasant to look at from my balcony.
