Being close to the 30mtr Sun Pharma Road is convenient for my commute to the IT park. The rates are between 45.25 Lakh and 50.26 Lakh, which is a bit high but manageable. My partner really liked the jogging track and the reflexology park. We are considering it, but the construction is still ongoing and completion is only in June 2026. Hopefully, they maintain the quality. The location in Bhayli, Pratham Upvan is developing nicely.
