The proximity to K G Dholakiya School, also nearby, makes it ideal for our children. While the location is excellent, the Old 150ft. Finding a home with good schools nearby was our top priority. Aalap Astoria is located right next to K G Dholakiya School, which is fantastic for our kids. It's also very close to Shree Giriraj Hospital, so that provides peace of mind. The project by Aalap Developeis under construction and scheduled for completion in May 2028. We visited the site last week and the construction seems to be moving along well. The location near Nana Mava Circle on the Old 150ft. Ring Road is decent, though getting to the Nana Mava Chowk Bus Stop, nearby, might require a short drive. One thing we noticed is that the construction activity can make the immediate surroundings a bit dusty. We are hoping Aalap Developemanage this well during the remaining construction phase. The convenience for school makes it a strong contender for us.

Ring Road is convenient for getting around Rajkot. I visited the site a couple of times and the construction progress for Aalap Astoria appeasteady. They are aiming for completion by May 2028, which gives them enough time. The main concern for me is the noise from the Ring Road, especially during peak houI hope the buildehave planned for good soundproofing in the apartments. Overall, it seems like a decent project from Aalap Develope, but I will wait to see the finished product before making a final judgment. The proximity to K G Dholakiya School is also a plus for families.
