We were looking for a spacious home for our growing family and Aadhya Alabhya seemed like a good fit. The 4 BHK configuration is very large, 2806 square feet is plenty of room. It's nice that it's a gated community for security. The nearby Anand Niketan Shilaj school is a huge plus for us, practically next door. We did notice quite a bit of construction dust on the roads around the site though, which is a bit of a concern with the kids. Hopefully, that improves once more things are finished. The project is still under construction, with completion expected in May 2024. We are hoping the builder, Aadhya Shakti Buildcon, deliveon time and maintains the quality.

After retiring, my wife and I wanted a peaceful place to live. Aadhya Alabhya offered a 4 BHK flat which felt quite luxurious. The yoga and meditation facilities are appealing for our lifestyle. It is also a Vastu compliant design which was important to us. The price point of 4.55 Crore onwards for a 2806 sq.ft flat is substantial, but we feel the amenities justify it. Having Marengo CIMS Hospital so close is reassuring as well. The only drawback is the limited number of apartments per floor, only two, which means less privacy than I would have liked. Otherwise, the project by Aadhya Shakti Buildcon seems well-planned for a comfortable retirement.

The developer, Aadhya Shakti Buildcon, has a 4 BHK flat available which is 2806 square feet. It felt very spacious when I visited. I liked the idea of a private foyer for each apartment and premium brand switches and wiring. The price is around 4.55 Crore, which is a big amount for me, but I got a decent loan approved. The location near Science City is convenient. I am a little worried about the May 2024 completion date, as I don't want delays. The Senior Citizen Siteout area is a nice touch, though I'm not a senior citizen yet, it shows good planning.
