It's right next to Sri Krish International School, literally nearby, which is a huge relief for us. The project is still under construction and set to be completed by December 2032. We are considering a 3 BHK which has a carpet area between 867 and 874 square feet. The developer, Aaalam PromotePrivate Limited, seems to have a decent plan with amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 water supply. However, the dust from the ongoing construction in the vicinity is a bit of a concern, and we hope it gets managed well. We are also looking at proximity to Saveetha Dental College And Hospitals, which is also nearby.

We were looking for a 2 BHK in Chennai West and found Aaalam Viraam. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is around 678 to 699 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. It is still under construction, with completion expected in December 2032. The location in Mangadu is decent, close to Sri Krish International School which is nearby. We liked the idea of a solar power system and 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The only thing that bothered us a little was the traffic getting to the site on a weekday afternoon, it can get quite heavy. Overall, the amenities seem good for the price point we are expecting.
