We liked the idea of having three balconies per home, which will be great for relaxing. The price is between 1.29 Crore and 1.72 Crore. We are looking forward to using the mini theatre and the kid's pool once it's completed in July 2028. The massive 1 Lakh SFT clubhouse is a huge plus for us. The only slight concern is that Panaji City Center is nearby, and while it's not too far, getting there during peak houcould be a hassle. Overall, the amenities seem promising for our lifestyle.

I looked at the 3 BHK flats, and the built-up area ranging from 1700 to 2260 Sq.ft seems spacious enough for me. The price is a bit high, between 1.29 Crore and 1.72 Crore, but I think it's worth it for the amenities. They have a massive 1 Lakh SFT clubhouse and a gym, which are big draws. The 7 Chakra Garden Wellness Element sounds interesting too. My only worry is how much dust there will be during construction for the next few yea, but hopefully, Raghuram Infrastructures manages it well. The security with CCTV is also reassuring.
