We liked the idea of having three balconies per home, which will be great for relaxing. The price is between 1.29 Crore and 1.72 Crore. We are looking forward to using the mini theatre and the kid's pool once it's completed in July 2028. The massive 1 Lakh SFT clubhouse is a huge plus for us. The only slight concern is that Panaji City Center is nearby, and while it's not too far, getting there during peak houcould be a hassle. Overall, the amenities seem promising for our lifestyle.

The 7 Chakra Garden Wellness Element sounds interesting too. My only worry is how much dust there will be during construction for the next few yea, but hopefully, Raghuram Infrastructures manages it well. The security with CCTV is also reassuring.
