  I wanted my own place in a well-connected part of Chennai. A square Ambrosia in Sholinganallur seemed promising. The price for a 2 BHK starting at 29.86 Lakh was attractive. The built-up area of 1030 Sq.ft is sufficient for one peon. Having a swimming pool and gymnasium is a nice bonus for peonal time. The location is decent, with ORCHIDS The International School being very close. My main issue is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped, especially if you have guests. Also, the dusty roads around the construction area can be a bother sometimes. But overall, it’s a decent place.
