We purchased a 3 BHK apartment, which is 1500 square feet, offering enough room for everyone. The biggest advantage for us is its closeness to Toc-H Public School, located nearby, making the school run much easier. The connectivity is also great, with National Highway 47 and S. A. Road right at our dootep. The project is ready to move in, which was a major plus. However, the traffic around Vyttila junction can get quite heavy, especially in the mornings and evenings, which is something we are still getting used to. Despite that, the convenience for school and travel is worth it.
