The location in Krushnanagar is quite convenient, with Mahdi School just nearby, which is perfect for us as we plan to start a family soon. HCG Hospital is also very close, at nearby. We liked the layout of the 2 BHK we saw, seemed spacious enough for two people and our work from home setups. The builder, Zubin Construction, seems to have a decent reputation. My only concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main road near Manekwadi Circle. Overall, it feels like a good purchase for us right now.
